**Mission-Driven Marketing Role**

At Uplift Talent, we're seeking a skilled marketing professional to join our team and help us achieve our mission of empowering businesses through strategic nearshoring solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for our social media platforms, including text posts, images, videos, and other multimedia formats.
  • Manage and maintain our social media profiles and presence on platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Reviews.
  • Monitor social media channels for trending topics, news, and relevant discussions, and leverage opportunities for engagement.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to coordinate social media campaigns and promotions.
  • Conduct regular analysis of social media metrics and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of our campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and platform updates, and recommend strategies to keep our social media presence innovative and competitive.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, legal regulations, and platform policies in all social media communications.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a social media manager or similar role, with a track record of managing successful social media campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their features, and best practices for content creation, engagement, and advertising.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and concise content for various social media channels.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with diverse audiences in a professional manner.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media content and campaigns.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
