Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Management Trainee to join our team. As an Inventory Management Trainee, you will be responsible for ensuring proper follow-up on country inventory targets, defining and implementing inventory policies, and performing ABC/XYZ classification and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper follow-up on country inventory targets with country teams
  • Define and implement inventory policies to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste
  • Perform ABC/XYZ classification and portfolio management to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Assist in the development of launch tracks and phase-out follow-up processes

Requirements

  • Education in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Practical experience in inventory management and/or supply chain, preferably in the CPG (FMCG) industry
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with a focus on process-oriented thinking
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Proficiency in English, with additional foreign language skills a plus
