**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled **Cobranza Specialist** to join our team in Toluca. As a key member of our accounts receivable team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payment processing, managing customer accounts, and resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Process and verify payments in our system, including payment supplements and credits.

2. Manage and send account statements to customers in a timely manner.

3. Process and apply notes of credit for delayed payments.

4. Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts and past-due balances.

5. Prepare and submit purchase requisitions as needed.

6. Apply our comprehensive credit policy to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.

**Requirements**

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

2. At least 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.

3. Proficiency in SAP software.

4. Intermediate-level English language skills.

5. Advanced Excel skills.
