ADP, Inc. is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join their team as a Corporate Sales Professional - Human Resources Solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who can close sales and win new business within a defined territory. As a key member of the ADP sales team, you will work closely with clients to understand and solve their real business needs, recommending our cloud-based human resources solutions to help them grow their business while growing yours.

We are looking for someone who has an established network and experience carrying a quota in outside business-to-business sales. You should have an ambitious spirit and thrive under pressure, motivating you to not only hit sales quotas but exceed them.

The ideal candidate will be a positive self-starter who can manage their time well, prioritize deliverables, and multitask with the best of them. They should also have strong relationship-building skills and be able to collaborate daily with clients, internal partners, and their overall network.

To succeed in this role, you should have at least three years of business-to-business sales experience, preferably in a field sales environment. Military experience or other acceptable experience may also be considered.

A college degree is not required, but what's more important is having the skills to do the job. If you don't have a college degree, other acceptable experience could include military experience or relevant work experience.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a compensation package that includes a base salary of $70,000 - $100,000 per year, plus commission and bonuses based on your performance. This is a full-time position with a 40-hour workweek, and you will be working from home with occasional travel to client sites.
