Job Description

We seek a Product Development Manager to join our team in Mexico. This role will work closely with product managers, sales teams, clients, and internal partners to define growth strategies, product marketing positioning objectives, pricing strategies, communications, industry events, and strategies for products and services in Latin America.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with application architects to deliver enhancements on existing products and new products based on requirements defined by the product team.
  • Identify emerging markets and niche opportunities for existing and new products.
  • Oversee market analysis, monitor competitive activity, and identify needs relative to the organization's capabilities and alignment.
  • Provide leadership in planning, designing, due diligence (e.g., financial feasibility studies, market research), and implementing strategic business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Relationship Management teams to educate various audiences on product opportunities, selling points, competitive landscape, and proposition.
  • Maintain knowledge of new trends and products within assigned areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree or MBA in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field desired.
  • Previous experience in the Payments industry, preferably with card processing solutions.
  • Proven product management development experience with a successful track record in driving product innovation and effective market positioning.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership.
  • Advanced English and Spanish language proficiency.
  • Candidates must be eligible to live and work in Mexico.
