Job Description

Job Title: Programme Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager to join our team at Totalenergies. As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for leading the production transfer project from our current location to a new site in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive production transfer plan, ensuring compliance with project budget and timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Industrial Directions, and Plant Management, to coordinate industrial transfer activities.
  • Conduct regular project reviews, including safety, quality, costs, and lead times, to ensure project success.
  • Prepare and present periodic project reports to stakeholders, including project indicators and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial project management, preferably in an international scope.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Good command of Spanish and English.
