Mixology Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Specialist to join our team at The St. Regis Mexico City. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Prepare and serve cocktails and other beverages to guests according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including the storage and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
• Anticipate and meet the needs of guests, including replenishing supplies and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related work experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as stand for long periods of time.
