About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Millwright to join our team at PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Preventative Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain production equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Repair and Install Equipment: Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions, and install new equipment as needed.
  • Inspect and Diagnose Equipment: Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and diagnose equipment malfunctions.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with maintenance team members, supervisors, and department managers to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
  • Certified Industrial Mechanic Millwright: Must be a certified industrial mechanic millwright or have completed an industrial mechanic millwright apprenticeship.
  • Class 4 Power Engineer Certificate: A Class 4 power engineer certificate is an asset, and PepsiCo will provide training courses for those who do not have it.
  • Machine Control Systems Knowledge: Must have knowledge of machine control systems, safety control systems, and troubleshooting them.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs, and perform frequent standing, bending, twisting, crawling, kneeling, squatting, climbing, reaching, and grasping.
