Territorial Executive Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Territorial Executive to drive sales success in our retail stores across Mexico. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop and implement sales strategies, build strong relationships with store teams, and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and sales teams to ensure effective sales execution.
  • Provide sales training and coaching to store teams to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Results-oriented approach with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
