Territorial Executive Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Territorial Executive to drive sales success in our retail stores across Mexico. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop and implement sales strategies, build strong relationships with store teams, and contribute to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and sales teams to ensure effective sales execution.
- Provide sales training and coaching to store teams to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in a retail or sales environment.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop insights to inform sales strategies.
- Results-oriented approach with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
