**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Marriott International, Inc.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Communicate effectively with the Chef to ensure seamless service during busy periods.

• Monitor and maintain the temperature of appliances and food to ensure quality and safety.

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing.

• Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish to be served.

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, including tables, tools, knives, and equipment.

• Follow all company and safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues to achieve common goals.

**Preferred Qualifications**

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• No related work experience required.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and maintain a positive attitude.
