This Claims FNOL Associate II role serves as the initial contact for basic claims reporting. The primary responsibility is guiding the caller to the appropriate party based on their need and the relevant policy or claim.

In this role, you'll be responsible for establishing connections with customers, capturing information, and filing first notice of loss claims. You'll also provide an overview of the basic claims process and receive incoming telephone calls and electronic correspondence.
