Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Secondary Education Leader to join our team at Webber's Ed Teacher Talent. As a High School Principal, you will be responsible for leading and managing the administrative aspects of our secondary education programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff in both English and Spanish.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of our secondary education programs.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to provide high-quality educational experiences for our students.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure the effective use of our educational funds.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in education and implement best practices in our programs.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in secondary education administration.
- Knowledge of IB programs is an advantage.
