Job Overview

Our Engineering Project Management Teams are responsible for managing cross-functional engineering projects, working closely with Product Management, Sales, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, and other functions to ensure projects meet financial, schedule, and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project requirements, scope, and objectives are met.
  • Coordinate resources with floor leads to projects that require immediate attention.
  • Work with project and plant managers to eliminate blockers and ensure project quality and standards are met.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, baselines, and reports.
