Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement Board Level Reliability testing protocols to meet JEDEC/IPC and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including package design, reliability, and product engineering, to ensure seamless integration and testing.
- Manage and coordinate with external testing labs as needed.
- Analyze data and provide recommendations for process improvements and risk assessment.
- Develop and maintain schedules and reports for program management and customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Material Science, Material Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in semiconductor packaging technology.
- Deep understanding of packaging materials and mechanical behaviors.
- Knowledge of electronic packaging structure and processes, as well as reliability and qualification requirements.
- Technical expertise in failure analysis, material interaction, and yield improvement.
- Knowledge of Board Level Reliability JEDEC, IPC, and package layout (Cadence APD/Allegro) and FEM tools.
- Programming skills in Matlab, LabView, and/or Scientific Python.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel occasionally to the Newbury Park Reliability lab.
