Job Summary
Nissan is seeking a highly skilled Credit Bureau Analyst to join our team. As a Credit Bureau Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing disputes regarding the credits of Nissan and Infiniti customers entered by customers into the company's global system.
Key Responsibilities
- Review disputes regarding the credits of Nissan and Infiniti customers entered by customers into the company's global system.
- Update customer's credit score after developing an investigation on their account history.
- Monitor compliance of the operation in accordance with the legal and regulatory provisions of the United States.
- Notify in time the answer about the disputes generated by the clients via system.
- Ensure the accuracy of the information regarding the customer's information.
- Analysis of accounts in Collection & bankruptcy.
Requirements
- BA Degree preferred
- Desirable experience in administration activities
- MS Office Advanced (Excel proficiency)
- Fluent English
- No write-ups within the last 12 months
