Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor of Science or equivalent in a technical field.

- Skills: Project leadership, coaching and developing junior engineers/technicians, manufacturing workshops, and black belt training.
- Knowledge: Innovation Stage-gate processes, project and/or manufacturing financial management, and knowledge of the latest developments in your area of expertise.
