Job Summary:

Costamar Mexico is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for creating and managing itineraries for our clients, ensuring seamless travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement customized travel plans for clients, taking into account their preferences, budget, and travel style.
• Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate rates and services, ensuring the best possible value for our clients.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of client information, travel plans, and payments.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new destinations, and travel regulations to ensure our clients receive the best possible advice.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of the tourism industry, including travel regulations, visa requirements, and health measures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, as well as GDS systems such as Sabre and Amadeus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
