Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Clinical Trials Laboratory Manager to join our team As a key member of our Human Biological Samples Management (HBSM) team, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting clinical trials involving human biological samples. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the management of HBS and associated laboratory activities, ensuring compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational setup and follow-up of central laboratory-related activities for projects or groups of studies
  • Effective interface between Central Laboratory and Clinical Study Project Management Team, Precision Medicines & Vaccines Clinical Laboratory & Assay Portfolio, Human Genetics
  • Input in study protocol development (mainly clinical laboratory part), Central Laboratory setup including CL instructions for investigator sites
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Masters degree in medical/life sciences or equivalent background
  • 5 years of operational experience in clinical laboratory activities and clinical study conduct
  • Demonstrated knowledge and competency in laboratory processes and extended knowledge of ICH-GCP/GCLP rules
  • Proven experience in clinical project planning, project management, and issues resolution
