About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Pfna Sector Change Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the Pfna Sector Change and Release Management process, ensuring seamless implementation of IT changes that impact our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with IT teams to understand the scope of Change Items and ensure all required activities are completed prior to go-live.
  • Create reporting for all changes impacting the Pfna Sector.
  • Lead Pre-Review Change meetings to ensure Pfna leadership is aligned with upcoming production impacts.
  • Lead Change Approval meetings to allow Change Owners the opportunity to represent the change and gain approval.
  • Communicate all critical changes to CIO teams to ensure engagement and alignment prior to implementation.

Requirements:

  • Strong communications and organizational skills with the ability to deal with ambiguity while juggling multiple priorities and projects at the time.
  • 5+ years ITSM Service Management for Change and Release.
  • 3+ years Tableau Report Creation.
  • 3+ years Service Now.
  • 3+ years Project Management.
  • 5+ years IT Professional Experience.
