Requirements:
- Experience in an IT project leadership role with commensurate people management experience.
- Experience managing complex projects.
- Strong overall knowledge of software development methodologies (i.e., agile, waterfall using SDLC).
- Methodologies and tools (SDLC, Planview, PTS, Demand Management, Release Management, Information Security, Testing Quality Assurance).
- Experience working in technology environments.
- Financial Services (Banking) industry knowledge.
