- Lead and guide internal clients on specifications, SLAs, SOW, deliveries, and costs.
- Challenge business partners to consider cost-effective strategies.
- Negotiate contract terms with suppliers.
- Oversee supplier qualification process.
- Lead supplier on-boarding activities.
- Develop processes and systems for the acquisition of professional services.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Procurement.
- 4-6 years of progressively responsible procurement and supplier management experience.
- Advanced experience developing cost and financial models.
- Strong drive for process improvement and experience in six sigma and lean initiatives.
- Advanced negotiation skills and ability to develop relationships with internal and external customers.
- Excellent communications skills and ability to lead and motivate others.
- Strong experience sourcing goods and services.
- Advanced understanding of legal concepts and principles.
