Job Title: Senior Business Intelligence Analyst for Product Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team at Grainchain Inc. This role will serve as the nexus of data analysis, product design, and strategic planning, driving data-informed decisions for product development and enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement product strategies based on insights derived from data analysis.
  • Write detailed reports presenting the results of experiments, data analyses, and their implications on the product strategy.
  • Use advanced analytics and data visualization tools to create a clear understanding of product performance, user behavior, and market trends.
  • Transform data-driven insights into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Manage the product life cycle, from conception to launch, based on data insights.
  • Lead the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) for product performance.
  • Present findings and insights to stakeholders, providing recommendations for product decisions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field, with a focus on product management.
  • Strong experience with business intelligence tools such as Metabase, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and understanding of other data analysis tools.
  • Experience working with large data sets, preferably within the financial or technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex data in a simplified manner.

Education:

  • A 4-year college degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field OR equivalent training & work experience.
  • Advanced degree in a related field is a plus.
