About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales & Customer Service Representative. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
As a Sales & Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring every guest feels valued and understood.
• Promoting the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services.
• Booking clients for future services and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations.
• Scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions to support clinic flow.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or sales experience (preferred).
• Critical thinking skills with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask.
• Great people skills and the ability to establish positive relationships with guests.
• A general knowledge of massage and skin care services.
