Job Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive consumer sales growth and improve market share.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in sales leadership, marketing, or related field.

  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving market share, and increasing revenue.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, we also offer a 401(k) matching program, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
