Job Summary

As a Senior Memory Design Manager at Micron, you will lead a team of engineers responsible for designing and analyzing digital and analog circuits used in the development of memory products. Your vision will be to drive innovation and excellence in memory design, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design team to contribute to the development of new memory products, design flows, and methodologies.
• Drive the team's daily work and long-term strategy to achieve design methodology goals.
• Provide regular performance feedback to team members, establish goals and development plans, and provide opportunities to expand skills and promote career growth.
• Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement design tools and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 7+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 5+ years of experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a team leadership or management role with a team of 5+ people.
• Proven knowledge and experience of CMOS Circuit Design and Device Physics.
• Good understanding of ASIC design flow, including RTL design, verification, logic synthesis, and timing analysis.
• Experience in ASIC timing constraints generation and timing closure using STA tools.
