About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Comfort Food Group. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen department and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, supervise, schedule, organize, integrate, direct and control the activities related to the preparation, presentation and cost of food in the kitchen department.
  • Implement new recipes and ensure they meet our quality and safety standards.
  • Approve recipes for all branches and ensure consistency across the company.
  • Manage food preparation, curing and smoking meats, and food processing.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to reduce food costs.
  • Manage indicators to measure kitchen performance and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a senior culinary role.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
  • Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy, Food Engineering, or a related field.
  • Expertise in wood and meats knowledge.
