Key Responsibilities- Proactively manage product data for brakes components through the entire product lifecycle process, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Analyze product data to identify improvement potential and explore new market requirements and opportunities through user experience and market research.
- Benchmark competitors to improve and optimize content for e-commerce platforms.
- Create product application-specific content highlighting major product differentials and features.
- Scrape online platforms to collect customer feedback and build databases that support decision-making.
- Implement catalog changes based on ACES & PIES format, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Trade Marketing, and Catalog teams to drive business growth and improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in product content creation and revision, data handling, and reports creation.
- Understanding of ACES (Aftermarket Catalog Exchange Standard) / PIES (Product Information Exchange Standard) and experience with PIM (Product Information Management).
- Advanced data management proficiency using Excel, Access, or SQL.
- Capability to create reports using PowerBI, Tableau, or Alteryx.
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Python, RPA tools like UiPath, Power Automate) for streamlining data processes and improving efficiency.
- Practical/hands-on experience with and interest in the automotive market is a plus.
- SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Proficient oral and written communication in English.
- Initiative and determination, taking ownership of and accomplishing objectives with a strong drive and energy for results.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify patterns in data.
- High level of social competence - Team player, ability to effectively work in cross-functional teams.
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically & internationally (10%).
