**Job Summary:**

As a Process Engineer - Manufacturing Solutions Leader, you will develop and implement production and processing methods and controls to meet quality standards in the most efficient manner for new and existing assembly and molding processes. You will monitor the assembly and molding process, troubleshoot problem processes, and assist in resolving quality issues. You will also lead the startup of new and existing projects and production jobs, optimizing cost, efficiency, and quality.

**Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the process control and maintain appropriate documentation.

- Monitor the assembly and molding process running in production and troubleshoot problems associated with processes.

- Establish detailed processes for new product lines, document product development and changes, evaluate new product performance, and monitor new tool design.

- Debug significant complex problems in new systems, tooling, and automation.

- Design major experiments to enhance processes and improve yields and utilization through reduced cycle and efficient setup.

- Lead and implement major maintenance changes in process improvements and propose or specify repair alteration of automation while ensuring adequate documentation is maintained.

- Provide functional and technical mentoring to process technicians and other process engineers.

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment and support all company safety programs and initiatives.

**Education and Experience Requirements:

Masters degree in Engineering from an accredited four-year college or university.

Minimum of 12+ years of related experience and/or training.

Minimum of 2 years experience as a Lead Engineer.

Specific requirements as defined by the market sector.

Or an equivalent combination of education, training, or experience.
