Job Title: WHP & ORF Maintenance Superintendent

Eni is seeking a highly skilled WHP & ORF Maintenance Superintendent to join our team in Eni Mexico. As a key member of our operations field, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of maintenance activities at our Wellhead Platforms (WHPs) and Onshore Receiving Facilities (ORF).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the maintenance activities at WHPs and ORF, ensuring compliance with maintenance plans and identifying opportunities to maximize reliability.
  • Ensure safety is the top priority while achieving daily production targets and minimizing maintenance costs.
  • Supervise the execution of maintenance activities by the O&M contractor, ensuring proper adoption of HSE procedures.
  • Issue notifications for maintenance support and collaborate with the Planning and Maintenance Coordinator to optimize activity planning.
  • Proactively analyze field data to improve production performance and develop action plans to enhance asset reliability.
Requirements:
  • Oil & Gas industry experience in maintenance planning and/or engineering activities.
  • Good knowledge of English and Spanish.
  • Familiarity with CMMS maintenance tools and relevant planning processes.
  • Knowledge of Oil & Gas production facilities operations, maintenance plans, and activities for Wellhead and X-mass tree systems.
