">The estimated monthly gross salary for this position is $15,000 MXN, with additional performance bonuses reaching key performance indicators (KPIs).
">Job Description
">We're seeking an Account Manager Trainee (AM Trainee) with a strong interest in international trade to join our team. As an AM Trainee, you'll support the Account Manager in achieving client satisfaction by providing exceptional administrative support and interacting with internal stakeholders to resolve customer claims.
">Key responsibilities include:
">- ">
- Supporting inquiries and requests from customers and addressing their needs;">
- Managing account setup and services setup and follow-up in the system;">
- Defining, following up, and confirming MD quotations and informing booking changes to customers;">
- Supporting AMs during meetings with other team members to discuss progress and improve business;">
- Performing random audits on reports sent by the team;">
- Providing relevant information to the Finance team for invoicing services; and">
- Following up with customers for payment collection.">

Required Skills and Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you'll need:
">- ">
- A bachelor's degree in International Business, Trade, or Relations;">
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish;">
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously;">
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;">
- At least one year of experience in operations or customer service (a plus); and">
- A strong passion for international trade and a willingness to learn.">
