Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Manager, Manufacturing Operations to join our team at Markwins Beauty Brands Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facilities, ensuring the highest quality products are produced while meeting customer expectations and company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day manufacturing operations to exceed customer expectations
  • Work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategies for production, quality, and cost reduction
  • Lead the development and implementation of lean operations, material control, and labor and material waste reduction initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure on-time deliveries and fill rates
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including FDA, GMP, ISO, and EPA
  • Build and develop high-performing management teams, including recruiting, motivating, and evaluating
  • Develop and implement annual plans for manufacturing improvement and cost reduction
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest production management best practices and concepts

Requirements

  • BS Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or Business Management, or related field, with a master's degree preferred
  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience in a cosmetic manufacturing plant at manager-level or higher
  • Proven managerial experience leading large teams
  • Excellent work ethic, organizational skills, and communication skills
  • Adequate knowledge of business and management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and human resources
  • Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and technical expertise
