We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our Treasury business unit at 09516 Banco Nacional de Mexico, S.A., integrante del Grupo Financiero Banamex. As a Legal Counsel, you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advanced English language skills are mandatory, with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing.
- Support the Treasury business unit in all legal matters, including financial law, stock market, and Mexico's financial system.
- Diploma or course in Financial Law, Stock Market, Mexico's Financial System, Fintech, or related fields is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in Financial Services, including Banks, Afore, Brokerage, Insurance, Law Firm, or related industries.
