**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Boiler Operator to join our team at Michelin. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our boilerhouse.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Compliance with EP requirements and safety intervention rules to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Operation and monitoring of fluids equipment, including compliance with conduct protocols, traceability, and facilities record tracking.
  • Fluids quality, influent parameters, and devices compliance, including pressure, temperature, water treatment, steam traps, and dryers.
  • Fluids availability, including continuity of service and emergency procedures in case of failure.
  • Cost of fluids production, including optimized running equipment and optimum energy efficiency of machines.
  • Environmental control plans, including preventive and corrective actions.
  • Monitoring the proper operation of the machine park and reporting any anomalies.
  • Quality of analyzes and water treatment to keep them in compliance with specifications.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of boiler operation and maintenance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
