About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Sae Soluciones Avanzadas En Electrónica. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for performing hardware configurations, troubleshooting errors and problems, and monitoring and testing performance of our NonStop system. You will also provide excellent customer service to our clients, collaborate effectively with your team, and generate reports related to the cases handled.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need a university degree or technical diploma, 1-3 years of technical experience, and flexibility to work in shift rotations and on-site. You should be proficient in hardware, including servers, and have knowledge of operating systems and server architectures. Strong customer service skills and proficiency in advanced English are also essential. Experience in server diagnosis and troubleshooting is highly desirable.
