We are a leading custom apparel company, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our Customer Experience Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide expert support to customers via various communication channels, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of their inquiries and concerns.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  3. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, enabling you to provide informed and personalized support to customers.
  4. Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and use this information to improve our products and services.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High level of proficiency in English, with 80-90%+ proficiency in a second language.
  • Associate degree or higher, with a strong focus on customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time, on-site position, working Monday to Friday, 11:30 am to 9:00 pm.
