Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly experienced Lead QA Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading QA teams and ensuring the highest quality of our software solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead QA teams with a proven track record of strong leadership and communication skills.
- Develop and implement test strategies and test plans to ensure the highest quality of our software solutions.
- Identify the scope of automation and drive automation test development.
- Collaborate with engineering and leadership teams to ensure seamless integration of QA processes.
- Analyze bug reports, prioritize necessary tests, and streamline application functions through automated testing processes.
- Test web and mobile applications to find ways to improve them and isolate problems.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in manual and automation testing.
- Extensive experience with Playwright and Selenium.
- Proven experience creating test strategies and test plans.
- Experience with API testing, continuous Integration tools like Jenkins, Bit Bucket, or Github, and mobile automation testing tools for Android, iOS.
- Good interpersonal skills and strong verbal & written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Elixir and the Phoenix framework.
- Experience with OOP languages such as Perl, PHP (Drupal).
- Storybook knowledge.
- CI/CD QA automation – Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery for automation workflows – Kafka.
- Experience with Scrum and e-commerce applications.
- JIRA – Defect tracking and task creation tool.
- Confluence, Share Point.
