Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Training Coordinator. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional training experiences to our employees, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee performance and productivity
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized solutions
  • Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees, using a variety of teaching methods and techniques
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making recommendations for improvement
  • Provide coaching and feedback to employees to help them achieve their goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a hospitality or service industry setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and circumstances
