Job Purpose:

The Engineering Project Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the development of engineering projects, including feasibility studies, design development, and project coordination. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess a strong understanding of design principles and construction methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Oversee the development of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Feasibility Studies: Conduct thorough feasibility studies to assess the viability of projects, including analyzing construction licenses and permits.
  • Design Development: Develop final designs for prototypes, remodels, and Build to Suit projects, incorporating architectural, structural, plumbing, electrical, and civil drawings.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering is required. Five to seven years of experience in design, AutoCAD, soils reports, and grading plans is essential. Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is necessary. Proactive individuals with negotiation skills, travel capabilities, and strong organizational abilities are preferred.
