As a Site Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for leading the procurement operations for our site, including procurement, vendor management, forecasting, inventory management, and purchase order management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the Regional Procurement Manager to provide procurement operations for the site, including forecasting of non-inventory products, inventory management, cycle counts, supplier management, sourcing and negotiation, procurement transactions, and expediting support as needed.
  • Developing deep knowledge of building non-inventory items and indirect materials and services, and aligning site stakeholders to drive best practices.
  • Managing related KPIs to measure, control, and benchmark procurement processes, including creating recurring metrics reports.
  • Developing relationships across the building and network of procurement and other sites.
  • Aligning with internal customers, finance, and procurement operations to understand budgetary targets by building and developing an agreed method of measuring and defining savings, value, and other category metrics.

Requirements include:

  • 3+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain (planning or inventory management).
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency.
  • Experience using ERP systems.
  • Business English, fluent to speak and write.
  • Supplier relationship experience.
