**Job Summary**

Connell & Associates is seeking a highly skilled Escrow Processor to join our team. As an Escrow Processor, you will be responsible for servicing real estate escrow transactions by processing escrow accounts, generating and reviewing documents, and disbursing funds.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Establish and maintain accurate escrow accounts and records.
• Follow up on transaction documents and ensure timely completion.
• Closely monitor and balance escrow accounts to ensure accurate disbursement of funds.
• Comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communication to clients and stakeholders.

• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and ability to learn new software.
