**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Sierra Aluminum. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of imports and exports, ensuring seamless logistics and supply chain management.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Coordinate all required imports, including activities from collecting material with suppliers, preparing documentation, and sending information to the Traffic and Customs department.
  • Responsible for Customs Inventory Control, maintaining accurate records of all import and export transactions, including customs and transportation documentation.
  • Coordinate all Finished Product Exports, including preparing BOM's, Packing Lists, and Transportation.
  • Coordinate and call for tender for the quotation and assignment of freight for the delivery of the finished product to customers.
  • Follow up on shipments in transit and research relevant information from the delivery site.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure adequate supply of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in Logistics.
  • 100% bilingual Spanish/English.
