- Analyze production data and specifications to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely receipt of materials and components.
- Monitor and report on production progress, identifying and addressing any issues that may impact delivery schedules.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve production processes.
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in a relevant field, such as Operations Management or Supply Chain Management.
- 5+ years of experience in a production planning or scheduling role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in SAP or other production planning software.
