As a key member of our Clinical Data Science team, you will play a critical role in leading and directing project teams engaged in the initiation, planning, and execution of clinical trial projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and direct Clinical Data Science project teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Support sales efforts by participating in Business Development and Bid Defense meetings
- Perform peer review of study team technical documentation and work output
- Act as a contact point for internal and external customer teams on assigned studies
- Assist in leading project kick-off meetings and perform quality control peer review of CRFs
- Track and report project issues to functional management and project management teams
- 5+ years of clinical data management experience, including implementation and management of clinical data systems
- Technical understanding of relational databases and data flow diagrams
- Project management skills, including predictive elements of timelines, resource requirements, and financial tracking
- Detailed understanding of protocol content and data collection requirements
- Ability to lead teams in internal UAT of configured System solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
