**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled E-commerce Product Manager to develop and optimize our digital product offerings. This role involves driving product excellence, understanding customer needs, and shaping the future of e-commerce.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic vision for our e-commerce product offerings, aligning with business goals and market trends.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and translate business and customer requirements into actionable product features.
  • Roadmap Planning: Create and manage product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements that meet customer expectations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, design, marketing, and sales teams to drive seamless product development and launches.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions, optimize product performance, and identify areas for improvement.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A proven track record as a Product Manager, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
  • A deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, customer behaviors, and industry trends.
  • The ability to develop and communicate a strategic vision, turning it into a tangible product roadmap.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate it into actionable product insights.

**Required Education and Experience:**

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required, along with at least 3 years of experience in a Product Management role, preferably in e-commerce.

**Compensation:** The estimated salary for this position is approximately $50,000 MXN gross.
