About the Role

Radian Generation LLC is a leading provider of critical technology-forward services designed to support the comprehensive lifecycle of renewable facilities, including solar, wind, and energy storage.

We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Operations Associate III to join our team and facilitate the seamless onboarding of new projects. As a key member of our Compliance + Risk and Operational Technology teams, you will ensure that each project is onboarded in a compliant and process-oriented manner.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Onboarding Processes: Collaborate with our Compliance + Risk and Operational Technology teams to develop and implement onboarding processes that meet regulatory requirements and internal standards.
  2. Integrate New Projects into Existing Systems: Provide support to operational technology teams to integrate new projects into existing systems and workflows.
  3. Liaise with Internal Stakeholders and External Partners: Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners to coordinate onboarding activities and address any issues or concerns.
  4. Monitor Project Progress and Identify Opportunities for Improvement: Monitor project progress and identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Prepare and Submit Documentation: Assist in the preparation and submission of documentation required for project approvals and regulatory compliance.
  6. Conduct Compliance Risk Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments to identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  7. Facilitate Client Meetings: Facilitate regular client meetings; manage and distribute agendas.
  8. Interface with External Partners: Interface with O&M providers, solar EPCs, electrical engineers, and others.
  9. Lead Large Projects and Activities: Lead large projects and activities. Drive resolution of straightforward problems.
  10. Train and Mentor Team Members: Train and mentor newer team members.
  11. Follow Standard Operating Procedures: Follow standard operating procedures; provide feedback on procedures and drive team process improvement.
Requirements
  1. Expertise in Photovoltaic System Design and Operation: Expertise in photovoltaic system design, operation, management, and financing.
  2. Proven Project Management Experience: Proven track record in project management roles, preferably within the field of operational technology or a related industry.
  3. Regulatory Compliance Knowledge: Working knowledge in regulatory compliance, NERC, FERC, or other reporting obligations for operating projects.
  4. Project Agreements and Material Terms: Expertise in project agreements & material terms.
  5. Strong Client Communication Skills: Proven client communication skills.
  6. Documentation, Presentation, and Communication Skills: Proven documentation, presentation, and communication skills internally and externally.
  7. Education and Experience: University Degree (or equivalent) with 4-6 years of experience or Masters with 2-4 years of experience or Doctorate/Post-Graduate with 0-2 years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Regulatory Compliance Experience: Expertise in regulatory compliance, NERC, FERC, or other reporting obligations for operating projects.
  2. Process Improvement Experience: Process improvement experience with Lean Six Sigma Green or Belt.
  3. U.S. Based Company Experience: Experience with a U.S. based company preferred.
