Role and Responsibilities

As a Cloud Infrastructure Architect at Radian Generation, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing cloud infrastructure tasks. This includes provisioning, scaling, and automating cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) following standard operating procedures.

You will also lead CI/CD pipeline management, ensuring build, deployment, and testing processes are efficient, reliable, and scalable. Additionally, you will implement and manage configuration changes using advanced automation tools.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years' experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or a related IT field. You should have proven documentation, presentation, and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.

Preferred candidates will have expertise in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, cloud infrastructure, and configuration management. Experience in customer-facing roles and process improvement is also desirable.

A salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum is offered to successful candidates. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, understandable terms for both technical and non-technical audiences.


Required Skills & Competencies

Key skills include advanced DevOps skills, cloud management expertise, basic leadership and project management skills, client communication skills, big picture thinking, root cause analysis & process improvement, and team collaboration.

Proficiency in DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipeline tools is essential. Advanced cloud platform knowledge, expertise in automation tools, scripting proficiency, and familiarity with monitoring tools are also required.

Working knowledge of project management tools and documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Office is necessary. Preferred skills include experience in the green energy or utilities domain, experience with a U.S.-based company, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate Certification.
