About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team at Alfa Laval. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in promoting and selling our products and services to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business division targets and goals.
  • Analyze market insights and customer buying behavior to create effective sales plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and delivering value through our products and services.
  • Develop and present technical and value quotes to customers, highlighting the unique selling points of our products and services.
  • Actively follow up on quotes to ensure customer understanding and alignment with their needs.
  • Provide advanced technical support to customers during the quotation process, including sizing and selection.
  • Use CRM tools and other sales support systems to drive sales performance and decision-making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in commercial sales or a related field, with a strong network in the engineering industry or manufacturing field.
  • Robust level of customer experience and experience managing CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Experience in B2B and B2C sales environments.
