Job Summary
The Leasing Coordinator is a key member of the Evernest team, responsible for generating and managing rental listings and guiding prospective residents through the leasing process. This role involves listing properties, communicating with prospective residents, scheduling tours, requesting feedback, and completing template leases.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage rental listings to attract qualified tenants
- Communicate with prospective residents to provide information and answer questions
- Schedule tours and showings to facilitate the leasing process
- Request feedback from prospective residents to improve the leasing experience
- Complete template leases and ensure accurate and timely documentation
Performance Metrics
- Leases Signed: Meet or exceed established targets for leases signed within a specified timeframe
- Days On Market (DOM): Maintain an average DOM of less than 30 days for listed properties
- 5-Star Reviews: Achieve a minimum of 20 5-star reviews per month from satisfied tenants
