About the Opportunity
DMI is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join our team. This resource is required to be onsite in a global location.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure that technical systems and equipment operate optimally for end users.
- Troubleshoot technical issues that may arise in end-user environments.
- Implement new technology solutions and system upgrades to improve efficiency and functionality.
- Document guides and procedures related to the technologies implemented in end-user environments.
- Train support groups on the use of tools to support the end-user environment.
- Report on the use, status, and incident of systems and services for the end user.
- Present project progress and definitions.
- Resolve technical incidents in end-user environments.
- Run pilot tests of solutions for end-user environments.
Qualifications
- Creation of reports, dashboards, and data queries.
- Script creation, testing, and QA for global end-user configurations.
- Creation of end-user guides and training for global support centers.
- Documentation of processes and generation of presentations.
- Analysis and resolution of problems in end-user environments (Windows, O365, System Center Client, Intune).
Requirements
- Must be a Mexico National.
- No physical requirements needed for this position.
