Brand Specialist Retail

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Specialist to join our Retail team at Amazon. As a Brand Specialist, you will be responsible for driving growth and delivering a best-in-class customer experience for our selected vendors.
Key Responsibilities- Product Portfolio Management: You will be responsible for managing a brand's product portfolio, contributing to improvements in the user experience for customers, and creating detailed monthly reports on performance.
- Vendor Management: You will lead presentations and planning sessions with vendors and act as the main point of contact for them.
- Category Growth: You will provide support to drive category growth through detailed analysis of business inefficiencies and identifying solutions, proposing changes to operational processes, driving a high standard in customer satisfaction, ensuring high-quality product detail pages, and making recommendations for effective marketing campaigns.
- 1+ years of account management, project or program management, or buying experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience using analytical specific tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, or HTML
- Experience in process improvement
- Experience managing large amounts of data
